Additions:

Redstone Golems. Made by making a Diamond mold and filling it with Lava and Redstone Blocks, and then right clicking the central Redstone Block with an Animation Core. The blocks below the Lava and Redstone Blocks are also made of Diamond Blocks. The resulting Golem is loyal to the player that made it. By default the Player can have up to 2 Redstone Golems. Much like their MCD counterpart, they will summon Mines that deal damage to mobs except them and their creator every 10 seconds, and does a strong melee attack. By Default, they have 120 Hearts and deal 10 Hearts of Damage. The Player must read the Warred Scroll before they are able to summon a Redstone Golem. Redstone Golems can be healed by right-clicking on them with Redstone Blocks.

Warred Scroll. Required to unlock creating Redstone Golems. Can be found in either Stronghold Libraries or Ancient Cities.

New Cauldron Sounds for Witch Cauldrons.

Raging Matter. Drops from Zoglins, it's used as a Catalyst for Wild Rage Brews. The Wild Rage effect causes any affected mobs with attack damage to be hostile to any nearby mobs they can see.

Fixes & Changes:

Ministers now only spawns in Raids if a participating Player has equal or more 7500 (by default) Soul Energy. They spawn during the last and bonus wave like before.

Ministers uses Vicious Tooth Spell sparingly if there's any nearby Illagers within 32 blocks from them.

Minister has two new attacks, Speech and Command.

Speech has the Minister make a 3 second speech that cause all nearby Illagers to stop and listen to them. After the speech, the Illagers will gain Speed for 10 seconds.

Command has the Minister roar a command, causing all nearby Illagers to attack the Minister's target. They'll only do this if said target hurts them.

The new attacks don't effect Illagers that have more maximum health than they have nor themselves.

Minister. An Illager mini-boss that has a chance of spawning if the Player has a lot of Soul Energy (by default, it should be 7500) and will spawn in the final wave of a hard, high Bad Omen Raid (Wave 7+). Shoots Magic Bolts when wielding their Staff, Ill Bombs without it. They can also summon Vicious Tooth around and above their target or themselves, which would drop immediately and damage any non-allied mobs, and summon Vicious Impales that damages and throws mobs into the air. They will also laugh at their target, giving them Weakness for 30 seconds.They will always do this if their target doesn't have Weakness effect and is within 16 blocks near them. They will block any incoming damage with their staff, damaging it, if they're not spellcasting or laughing. They will lose their staff after blocking a total of 32 or more Hearts. Drops lots of Emeralds when killed, and will drop Ominous Orb if killed without breaking their staff.

Ominous Orb & Staff. Ominous Orb can be used to craft Ill Bombs, which won't consume it, or to craft the Ominous Staff, which does. Ominous Staff powers up Biting, Feasting and Vexing Spells.

Magic Bolt Spell. Shoots a Purple bolt that gives the new Curse Effect for 5 seconds. The effect prevents healing. The bolt also leaves a small Magic Ground, which damages entities.

Corruption Spell. Crafted with Magic Ritual with a Night Beacon and 3 Ectoplasm. A Replica of MCD Corrupted Beacon effect.

Totem of Roots. Made to make the mod's early game more accessible as many of the recipes that require a Cursed Infuser can now be crafted using a Totem with higher resource requirement. Is a watered down version of the Totem of Souls and can hold 100th of the Totem of Souls maximum capacity. Cannot revive when at max Soul Energy.

Grand Turban. Crafted using Ruby of Souls in a Magic Ritual. If the wearer gets damaged, there's a 50%, a 100% if low enough health, chance of spawning an owned Irk. Casting Vexing Spell while crouching kills all owned Irks, healing the wearer a heart per Irk.

Grand Robe. Crafted using Ruby of Souls in a Magic Ritual. Functions the same as Dark Robe, but when wearer starts using a Wand or Staff, they will receive 50% of incoming damage.

Totemic Walls and Bombs. Basically renamed Geomancer Walls and Bombs from Minecraft Dungeons.

Barricade Spell. Focus is crafted using Magic Ritual. Summons a row of Totemic Walls. If pointing at an entity, will either summon a row, incomplete square or randomly placed Walls around it. When cast while crouching, summons a Totemic Bomb instead. Has a 5% of summoning 4 Totemic Bombs surrounding an entity or location.

Added mostly for players who wished to go full Necromancer and because why not. Is made through a Necroturgy Conversion Ritual that requires a 'Tamed' or hostile Ravager (It won't work for non Goety/Vanilla Ravagers unless it's tagged under goety:ravagers).

Ravager Armor. Comes in Iron, Gold, Diamond and Netherite Variants. Follows Horse Armor rules so yes, Gold provides more protection than Iron, but Ravager Armor does provide more Armor Points than Horse Armor. Can be crafted using Forge Rituals. Can only be applied to Goety's Tamed Ravagers. Shift-right click to apply.

Grimoire of Grudges. When hitting a Mob or Player with the Grimoire, all Servants owned by you will automatically target them henceforth. Hitting them while crouching/shifting will cause them to automatically target their Entity Type. For example, crouching and hitting a Villager with the Grimoire will cause Servants to target every Villager. Right clicking in the air will show a list of Mobs/Players that have been 'grudged', shift right clicking will show Entity Types instead. To remove 'grudge' simply right click on the grudged Mob/Player or shift-right click if Entity Type is grudged. Grudged Mobs dying will automatically remove them from the grudge list.

New Ravager abilities. Manual Roar and Autonomous mode. When riding on tamed Ravager, clicking on the Manual Roar key (Default: R) will cause the Ravager to roar much like it does after being stunned by Shield. The Ravager cannot roar again, unless it's stunned by a Shield, or until the Roar cooldown (by default, 10 seconds, can be configured from goety-spells.) is dropped. Autonomous Mode causes the Ravager to act like it's Wandering and not ridden when pressing the Autonomous key (Default: Y), useful when trying to do Range/Magic attack while allowing the Ravager to go Melee on its own.

Crypts. A rare structure that holds new mobs and is where the Skull Lord and its Pithos can be found. Contains loot, new blocks and mobs. Made out of uncraftable blocks that have the same toughness and explosion resistance as Obsidian and is mineable with Diamond and above level Pickaxes. Their structure generation can potentially make the lands above look wonky.

Necromancers. Players that have read the Forbidden Scroll (if requirement is enabled through config) can convert a Skeleton, or Skeleton Servant into a loyal Necromancer using a ritual. These Necromancers act similar to Minecraft Dungeons' Necromancers where they will summon loyal Zombies to fight for them and shoot Soul Bolts at enemies.

Cairn Necromancers. Found exclusively in Crypts. They are hostile mobs that instead of summoning Zombies, summons Melee Skeletons and shoot Ice Spikes instead of Soul Bolts. They are immune to Frost attacks. Drops Bones and Ectoplasms.

Haunted Armor. Invisible mobs that wear the new Cursed Knight Armor that are found exclusively in Crypts. They wield a Shield offhand and the new Fell Blade. They are almost immune to all Status Effects and won't take damage from Fire, but will take damage when in Lava. Only has a chance of dropping their equipment.

Cursed Knight Armor. Can only be obtained from killing Haunted Armors. Provides same armor points as Iron Armor and gives minor Knockback resistance. Wearing the full set increases total armor points by 4. Can be repaired using Cursed Metal Ingots on Anvil.

Fell Blade. Can only be obtained from killing Haunted Armors and is a rarer drop than the others. Has a 50% chance of giving Busted Effect when attacking. Busted reduces target's armor points by half for 10 seconds.. Can be repaired using Cursed Metal Ingots on Anvil.

Ravaged. Mobs that are converted from regular Villagers/Wandering Traders through a ritual. Have similar stats as Zombies but can leap towards their targets. Can grow stronger when feeding off Rotten Flesh or killing Villagers/Illagers (Villagers makes them more likely to grow). When sufficiently fed, they will transform into an unarmored Ravager. Requires the Player to find and read the Ravaging Scroll, which can be found in Woodland Mansions or Dark Manors.

Ominous Saddle. Used to make transformed Ravagers rideable and boost their max health to be the same as Vanilla Ravagers. Transformed Ravagers can be healed by feeding them meat like Tamed Wolves.

Ice Spike Spell. Crafted by surrounding an Empty Focus with 4 Blue Ice and 4 Activated Emeralds on Crafting Table. Shoots out a spike of Ice that will give targets the Freezing effect. Does nothing to mobs that are immune to Freezing.

Frost Robes. Currently not fully implemented and available through Creative mode. Provides discount to Frost spells, make the wearer immune to Freezing (both mechanic and modded effect), and resistant to frost attacks.

Custom Brewing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting Patchouli and obtaining the new book called Witches Brews. Currently given to players when they logged into the world once, but can be crafted with a Book and two Mushrooms. Gives most information on how the Brewing mechanic works! Based of Witchery's brewing mechanic.

Witch Cauldron. Crafted in same formation as Vanilla Cauldrons, but with Cursed Metal Ingots. Requires a heat source below it (Fire, Lit Campfire, Magma Blocks, Lava) and for Brew completion, Soul Candlesticks around it.

A Bunch of new Effects! Effects ranging from knocking back attackers to causing affected entities to randomly be pushed in certain directions!

Some effects can even manipulate the environment! Setting the land on fire, converting blocks into moss, chopping logs in a spherical area and more!

Witch Poles. Used to put small discount on Brewing. Up to three Witch Poles surrounding a Witch Cauldron gives and stacks discounts.

Mystic Core. Currently used to amplify Brews.

Feet of Frog. Can be obtained by killing Frogs. Can be cooked and eaten.

Necroturge Rituals now require to be done at Night.

Nerfed Illague spread so that mobs have a chance of getting Illague but not at a 100% rate.

Illague now gives player based negative effects (like Blindness and Nausea) to mobs instead of just Weakness, Poison and Wither.

Fixes & Changes:

Dark Tools will now give new Wane effect instead of Slowness. Wane slows and weakens mobs the same way as Slowness and Weakness.

Recolored Dark Armor to be black and cape being darker.

Added Automating Mechanics to Witches Robe. Shift-Right clicking the Robe will cause it to be in Automation mode. In this mode, Witches robes will automatically take in Water Bottles or convert Empty Glass Bottles into Water Bottles if player has Water Bucket in Inventory, Blaze Powder as fuel if current fuel is running out, and Nether Warts if the Potion slots are comprised only of Water Bottles.

Changed how Haunted Skulls work. Instead of charging at enemies like a Vex would, it would convert itself as a projectile, shooting at the enemy's original location. Due to this, Haunted Skulls have a longer duration when following the caster or being idle.

Fixed Brazier Block wonky hurting hitbox.

Glorious Apostles have Resistance I instead of Resistance II.

Wraiths with Weakness' Ice Bouquet will deal at least 0.5 Hearts of damage.

Additions:

Charge Focus. The spell requires the player to right click a mob or player with the wand or staff that has this focus. The focus gives the target Charged Effect, for 30 seconds, and increases the level if they have it. Charged I gives the target 10% increase of movement speed and attack damage. Charged II gives the target 25% increase of movement, but 15% decrease on attack damage. Increasing the level further simply damages the target by 2 Hearts by default. Thanks to pvzfan for the idea!

New Keybinds relating Witches Robes. By default and wearing Witches Robes, Pressing J while holding Blaze Powder will transfer one to the Robe's fuel section. Pressing H while holding a Glass/Water/Potion Bottle will transfer into the Output section, or while holding a Potion Ingredient will transfer it into the Ingredient section. Pressing G will cause all bottles in the Output section to appear on the player's inventory, or dropped on the ground if inventory is full.

Changed the way Necrotic Braziers functions. Instead of needing to be placed ontop of Cursed Cage, it needs to be surrounding by the new Soul Candlesticks that are ontop of Cursed Cages to siphon Soul Energy. The more candlesticks, the more faster it process. It still needs to be within a Deep Dark biome to light up.

Dark Armor pieces each give 5% discount of Soul Energy usage in repairing Items, casting spells and healing summons (but not in crafting, rituals or anything related to Cursed Cage usage unfortunately).

Wearing full Dark Armor gives the player passive regeneration every 2 seconds if below full hunger, and allows summons to give the player Soul Energy when killing a mob without the player needing to wear Dark Robe or Necro Cape.

Dark Helmets makes the player immune to Darkness and Blindness effects.

Soul Cost of self-repairing Items are increased if the item has enchantments, much like how Soul Menderers works.

Fixed potential bugs with Soul Menderers.

Increased default Soul Cost of healing Undead Servants in spell config.

Buffed Philosopher's Mace by allowing it to mine Amethyst and Sculk Blocks.

Philosopher's Mace mining speed increases the more hard the block is, but only if the block is something it can mine.
