Spryzeen's Healthbars

• Added support to minecraft 1.21
• Added a health bar to bogged, breeze and armadillo
• Added support to multiversion pack format

Oficially i will test my resourcepacks with EMF because optifine takes a long time to update

• Moved down Elder guardian healthbar, ocean monument has litle space in its rooms and it don't was let healthbars be visible

• Fog now works on healthbar with any colors

• Added support for Camels and Sniffers
• Fixed Fog (now it overlays mobs textures), this also fixed blindness effect, now you can't see mobs when you have it
