- Change a few options im C2ME; mainly increasing IO cache limits
- Experimentally change pre-rendered frames limit to 5 (from the default 3)

I should mark those as releases, it's only EBE that's missing and it apparently don't wanna show itself in the next few days anyway
Edit: fixed .mrpack now includes fastload. you can't fix those things by editing a version because changing uploaded files is impossible due to a bug
