temporary fix for a crash with some weird wood (not sure which one).

special handling for thermal wrench. and now author and fans of that mod can keep claiming they do things properly and by-standard because all mods (except one having issues) behave properly.

added quark's azalea to config file because of non-standard names. old users will not feel the fix unless they regenerate the config.
note: if you aren't experiencing the crash, you don't need this, i have a nice and big update in a few days anyway.

yes the version skip to 1.31 is weird but using 1.16 to 1.20 would be very confusing, hence the skip.

removed a gap in interaction area in the middle of the dual toolrack. i don't know why the modder-me though he should leave that gap, but player-me thought that modder is an idiot.

- took care of textures for wood blocks with non-standard names. does not need DAG or any dependency.
- allowed woods with same name to have separate blocks. (not automatic. see wiki.)
- fix for crash caused by duplicate wood types (of course we supported duplicate modded wood and tried the mod with four types of maple but we didn't expect some mods (Vinery, etc) to have duplicated for vanilla woods). support for duplicates was going to be reworked anyway...
