Added Support for 1.21.2-1.21.3.

Added Russian translations (Thanks to rfin0)

A new version with a new command and some error handling improvements is coming soon, this is just a temporary release until that is done.

Added Italian translations! (Thanks to Vlad Andrei Morariu)

Just updated for 1.21, nothing else changed.

This is a massive update to the mod! Here is a quick overview:

• Added a server-side translation system
• Added Dutch and Hungarian translations
• Added a Safety check for /back and /tpa[here] that automatically chooses a safe nearby location.
• Added a Json storage cleaner that updates any values and cleans the storage on boot.
• Improved command messages and colors
• Added support for 1.20.4 until 1.20.6
• Removed dependency of the Fabric api

Added support for NeoForge and changed the mappings to mojang. Also did some cleanup with the commands.
