- Added Spark Providers. A resource pack driven system for customizing spark color and behavior for blocks. As a result, the mod will now only spawn sparks for vanilla blocks, modded blocks will have to be added with a resource pack. Documentation for adding Spark Providers can be found on the wiki here

- Added some flame and spark particles to flint and steel when lighting a block eg candle, or campfire (I'm not entirely happy with this so it may change later)

- Added small experience orb particles to experience bottles (By default this replaces the vanilla splash potion effect)
