Added New Nether Biome "Soul Husk"
- In it is two new blocks! Ignidia Ice and Mulvite.
- Yes it originally was gonna be Soul Ice instead, but Ignidia Ice fit nicer. The name will probably change.
- THIS WILL PROBABLY BE BUGGY, AND PERHAPS CAUSE ISSUES
- If this happens, please inform me (Siuolplex)

Added the aforementioned "Ignidia Ice" and "Mulvite" blocks
- Mulvite is nothing to write home about, just a basic block for the most part.
- Ignidia Ice has a LOWER slipperiness value than regular blocks, compared to Soul Ice's higher slipperiness, this creates a neat effect though.

Added the Evokation staff, to evoke the evoker fangs
- Lots of evoking!
- Added Baked Gluten
- Added temporary official name for Slip n' Slide enchantment
- Cleaned up any reference to Soul Ice Boots
- Changed a mixin to fix issues

Fixes Boats rotation for hopefully the last time, fixes an issue with being able to go through Orange Rose. 1.19 is next!

- Adds Soul Ice Boots, Rujone Berries, and Orange Roses!
- Fixes the boat issue for good hopefully maybe, and fixes some weird issue with TheOneProbe, Curios, and SophisticatedBackpacks. (And probably a ton of other mods I just didnt realize broke hard)
- Cleans code so all programmers can have a 2% better experience
- Definitely adds all the lang entries I was adding while typing this up
