Updated the mod to use datapack tags to choose which blocks can be vein mined. Added shears to the list of tools that can be enchanted with manic miner.
Enchantment should now be available from trading and enchantment table. Implemented additional hotkey (defaults to "V", but is by default not required).
Implemented an optional enchantment ("Manic Mining").
Added "summon items" functionality that summons the items to the initial block breaking point.
