Alice Magic

This plugin is intended for use with the Plugin Alice Magic system used to monitor clients and modslists to disable or disallow them on the server.

How does this system work?

If a player joins the server without installing the required mods provided by the server, there will be 3 in-game warnings stating that the mod is missing. Afterward, the player will be kicked out to the lobby with a message indicating that the "Alice-Magic" mod is missing, and they will not be able to join until they download the mod. (This is mandatory for players using mods.) For players using vanilla or Bedrock, there is no need to install the mod.

What is the Alice-Magic Mod?

The Alice-Magic mod is used by the server to detect if players have installed any cheating programs or related mods, such as Meteor Client, Wurst Client, or Baritone Mod. If the server detects any of these mods, it will kick the player out, instructing them to remove the offending mod. (Normally, if detected by the admin, this would result in a ban for breaking the rules.) This mod only checks the mods installed on the player’s client when they join the server. It has no effect on the player's device and only activates when the server requests mod information from the player.
