Custom XP cost option

- Change how much more XP is needed for the next skillpoint
- range: 0 - Infinite
- Change after how many skillpoints the needed XP caps

Cross-/Bow Skills
- 4 new skill about Cross-/Bow
- More damage
- Always Critical arrows
- Fire arrows without enchantment
- Piercing through enemies
Riding speed skill
- Speed buff of ridables
Other changes
Added:
- Give skillpoints option
- If the player does not have enough XP, it will change the "+ Skillpoint" text to "Not enough XP"
- Chat message for not enough skillpoints to lvl a skill
- "Skill is on max level" message if player tries to lvl a maxed out skill
Changed:
- The needed level and the player level is not displayed in the skillbook anymore
- The player doesn't need to be at a specific level anymore to add a skillpoint

- Option have categories now
- The skill "Pickup Range" is now triggering every tick
- Items teleported via the "Pickup Range" skill are now picked up instantly
- Pickup skill only triggers if the players is sneaking

Fixed:
- Text color in lore of skillreset item.
- Player will not get their attributes normalized after uninstalling via the option menu.
- Magic skill Heal area does not heal.
- Not all scoreboards get removed after using the uninstall function.
- Strength effect does not get clear if skillbook is held in hand; this can lead to an exploit/bug with the Damage skill

Added: New Magic skills; Icewave
- Freezing all enemie mobs for 10 sec.
- Around 10 Block range
- Creates a iceblock around the mob - still hittable.
- Needs 7 Skillpoints.
Added: Skillpoints via mobkills.

- After set amount of Killpoints, will grand the player a Skillpoint.

Version numbering is now not as confusing anymore. Both, the 1.20.5+ and 1.20.2-4 version have the same version numbering now.
- Fixed: Pets are able to spawn after sleeping and is spamming the summon sound.
- Fixed: Magic skill sounds where heard by everyone everywhere on a server.
- Fixed: Running at looking up while having a pet out, will play the summoning sound.
- Changed: cause of this fix, to summon a pet there must be no pet in 4 block radius

1.20.5 port
This is only a port from 2.2.5, all new skill from the BETA version are not in here, because of the big change to the attribute skilling in 2.2.4! If you run the Beta/snapshot versions (b2.3vX) I recommend not to update to this version, use the uninstall command and then update to this version, cause the beta version will not be compatible in the future when the new skills will be readded!

- Workaround: All skill get reset and points are given back.
- Fixed: Attack Pets can't shoot through water.
- Fixed: Attack Pets shoot at the feet of the entity; Now shooting at the head.
- Removed: A lot of trigger-scoreboards got removed and only one is necessary now.
Known Issues: If the player has strength effect over a potion or otherwise, the effect will get cleared if the skillbook is selected to avoid exploit. This bug will not be fixed.
