Fixed following issues:

• Client and server sides may differ when breaking with slab tool.
• The default text size of wall signs is incorrect.
• Text scale is not considered in the calculation of text height and width, causing when the scales are not default, text alignment is incorrect.
• Possible crash when placing handrail blocks with fast building tool.
• When holding blocks in offhand, using fast-building tool, placing may cause bugs (such as placing on slabs when you're holding non-slab blocks, the player is incorrectly considered to be doubling the slabs and will incorrectly replace the slabs with blocks in hand).
