Added r? and ready? reply ready chat prompt suggestions.

Added Chat prompt packets that allows the Server to suggest commands with easy execution. (Remain limited and show automated warnings)

Improved nickname notifications to use a regex that makes it so the nick has to have a space before and after (or the message to start / end at that place instead) Fixed issues with issues bb:party commands in msgs. Added an option to modify the window title. (to include username etc. useful for auto game capturing in obs)

Added Link to website to mod menu entry

Various small bug fixes.

Alongside various server side changes. Including a major one that requires this update. I plan to push an update I was working on for a while over to stable before bingo releases, which will update to that breaking change.

Dont ask me why but it for some reason seems incompatible with Controlify.
