Better Waypoints

Patch Notes:

• Complete rewrite for better performance and UI.
• UI now uses the dialog feature.
• Increased max waypoints to 20 (from 18).
• Already placed waypoints can now be renamed with a name tag.
• This version only supports singleplayer for now.
• Added a settings menu.

Important Note:

• This datapack is NOT an update of the older version. This can be considered a new datapack and uses no parts of the older version.
