Universal Graves

Universal Graves 2.1.0 for 1.19

• Added way for players to teleport to their graves ( @qpcrummer#7194 and @KJP12#3880 )
• You can set teleportation cost to block it for non-creative (default), require lvls/items or be free
• Swiched claim checks to use Common Protection API. If you have a claim/protection mod you should implement support for it ( https://github.com/Patbox/common-protection-api )
